stale cubed

diced

avocado

red wine vinaigrette

sunflower or pumpkin seeds
roasted
Instructions
In large bowl, mix together the bread, tomatoes, avocado and vinaigrette
Sprinkle with roasted seeds of your choice and serve
Pair with a wedge of cantaloupe
Makes a great meatless entrée on a hot summer evening!
