Michelle is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD, LDN) and Certified Personal Trainer with a Certificate in Sports Conditioning. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from Penn State University and her Master’s in Nutrition from Texas A&M University. In addition to her career in nutrition and health coaching, Michelle has also spent many years teaching nutrition and wellness topics at universities throughout the Southeastern PA region.
Michelle’s coaching approach centers on meeting people where they are and working alongside them to make changes. She believes in bringing out a person’s strengths to build sustainable change that will empower them to live a healthier life.
Michelle joined Attentive Health in 2020.
