She plans to complete all 58 of the Colorado “14ers” (peaks above 14,000 feet) in 2022.

Emily is a Health Coach and Exercise Physiologist. She has been working with individuals 1-on-1 for over 15 years and specializes in helping people reach their goals and make lifestyle changes.

Emily received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. She later went on to earn a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Indiana University. In addition to her role as Health Coach, Emily has worked for over 15 years as a Health Screener and Health Educator for corporate wellness events.

Emily believes that health coaching can create a valuable partnership centered on empathy, understanding, and persistent support. She believes that her role as a health coach is to be a supportive guide, source of accountability and knowledgeable resource to facilitate change.

During her free time, Emily enjoys outdoor cycling, trail running, mountaineering, and snowboarding.
